Privacy policy
Plain-language information about what personal data this website processes, why, and your rights.
1. Who is responsible
The controller responsible for this website is Ehsan Sorkhkhah.
2. Visiting the website
When you visit this website, the hosting provider’s servers automatically process technical data needed to deliver the pages securely, such as your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested and your browser type. This is necessary to operate the website and protect it against misuse (legitimate interest).
This website does not use analytics tools, advertising trackers or tracking cookies. Fonts are served from this website’s own server, not from a third-party font service. A small cookie remembers the language you choose; it is not used for tracking.
3. Contact and consultation requests
When you use the “Let’s Talk” contact form or the consultation form, we process the details you provide: your first and last name (or name), email address, phone number (Let’s Talk form), and optionally your company, website and monthly marketing budget, plus your description of your marketing challenge. We use these details only to reply to your request and, if you wish, to prepare and carry out a possible engagement.
The legal basis is your consent and, where your request relates to a possible contract, the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
We keep enquiries only as long as needed to handle them and to meet legal retention obligations.
4. Marketing × AI newsletter
If you subscribe, we process your email address to send you the newsletter, based on your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
5. Spam protection
Forms use a hidden field and a timing check to filter automated spam, and limit how many submissions can be sent from one connection in a short time. The connection’s IP address is held temporarily in memory for this purpose and is not stored permanently.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
To exercise your rights, get in touch.
7. Changes
This policy is updated when the website or its services change.
